Swim Training app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by IP Andryushkin Vasilij Aleksandrovich at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the
collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to
use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to
the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal
Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We
will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this
Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same
meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Swim Training
unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
If you elect to sign in to the Platform using Facebook Connect or VK
Connect, you are authorizing Swim Training to collect, store, and use, in
accordance with this Privacy Policy, any and all information that you agreed
that Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) or VK, Inc. (“VK>”) could provide to Swim
Training through Facebook’s or VK’s Application Programming Interface (“API”).
Such information may include, without limitation, your first and last name,
Facebook or VK username, Facebook or VK profile picture, unique Facebook or VK
identifier and access token, and e-mail address. Facebook Connect and VK
Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on the
Platform to your profile page to share with others within your network or opt
out of information you do not wish to share. All information collected pursuant
to this section is collectively referred to as “Personal Information.” We do
not collect or access any Personal Information from you when you use the
Services unless you provide us with the Personal Information voluntarily or
authorize us to access it.
For a better experience, while using our Service, we
may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information,
including but not limited to Name, surname, phone number, email, gender, age,
height, weight, user's notebook contacts (stored in the address book of their
mobile phones).
Access to Address Book
The User agrees and grants the Swim Training application the right to carry
out automated processing of the User's phone number, as well as the phone
numbers from the User's contact book on the device, upon confirmation of access
to the User's contact book for the Swim Training Mobile Application, in order
to providing a convenient service for adding friends.
The User can independently exclude the processing of phone numbers from the
User's contact book located on the device by changing the corresponding
settings of the Mobile Application on the device.
You are entitled, but not obliged to provide Swim Training access to your
mobile device’s address book in order to:
- receive the notifications when your contacts sign up to Swim Training;
- see which of your contacts already uses Swim Training;
- share your training results with your contacts.
We do not store the copy of your address book.
The information that we request will be retained by us and used as
described in this privacy policy.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to
identify you.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an
error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products)
on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as
your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system
version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and
date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as
anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites
that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may
